Sorry for the late reply. We're in the processing of fixing the o/h/l/c on $AKG and it should be OK within 10 minutes or so.
To report bad ticks more directly to us, please use our Bad Tick Reporter. In cases like this one, to save time, simply inidicate any specific field is off and then add a comment that the others ( high, low, etc ) are off as well.
Bad Tick Reporter is available via the Customer Support drop-down menu w/in eSignal as well.
