Bund data missing for Monday and Tuesday

I opened my eSignal Futures layout page for the Bund and find that Monday and Tuesday data is missing. I did the "Ctrl + click green "OK" to refresh the charts with no change. Please advise. I can not trade with Monday and Tuesday missing. Thank you eSignal Support for you prompt attention and reply to this message.

Restarting several times solves the problem

I closed and restarted eSignal several times and finally it found the missing Mon and Tues data.

For both Daily and Intraday Charts I am able to pull up data for Monday and Tuesday (see below). There may be an issue with the server you are on. Please PM or email me your CID or eSignal Username, so I can locate the server(s) you have been on and hunt down this problem.
