Daily Bar charts for Forex after 5Pm CST

Why are the daily bar charts for the Forex or any symbol that trades 24 hours always messed up after 5pm CST? Example( the open will move to the new open for the next day and the low may even be distorted) this will correct after midnite, but I have never had anyone from e-signal able to correct this. During the day the bar will be corrected form yesterday and all they can respond is that the bar is correct. This has become very frustrating and makes the software useless for a fair amount of time. Thanks for anyone that can help.
