NO DATA on Asian tick charts

I have a problem getting tick charts for Asian markets like the HKFE and for SIMEX. If I try to get tick charts (eg. 45 tick) before the market opens I get a no data message in the cursor window. At the very same time, normal intraday charts (ie 1 min, 5 min) etc is available.

Try setting up a Time Template with User Defined T (and/or V, P, S) intervals and where the Number of Days is set to 2 or higher (see sample image)

Thanks. I think I got it to work. I was having this problem with the Eurex DAX contract as well. I guess its because of my time zone?!
