NYMEX E-miNY energy contracts

  • NYMEX E-miNY energy contracts

    I have been unable to get up-to-date historical data on the oil contract and the natural gas contract.

    QM #F only updates to 12/19/03

    and

    QG #F only updates to 12/24/03

    Today's date is 12/29/03

    Please advise.

    On what interval are you having this issue?
    At my end I can load the complete daily data series and 120 days of intraday data for both symbols (in the images below QM #F is shown on daily and 60 minutes).
    Try setting the Time Template and if that does not work you may want to close eSignal and Data Manager and restart them.

        On my side I have the same problem.

        Time template is 24 hours , Dynamic, TGF is Daily since

        Note that I'm not entitled to Intraday NYMEX.

          Please disregard my earlier message. I thought you could not load historical data prior to 12/19 or 12/24.
          FYI I am seeing the same problem.

              Missing history -- QM #F

              Jay,

              There is still a gap in the NYMEX E-miNY continuous oil contract: symbol "QM #F".

              The data I just downloaded shows the gap below...about 3 weeks.

                Gap is still there. Please advise.

                  Hi,

                  We now know this NYBOT problem is related to the Boxing day problem mentioned in several other threads. Here's the official notice posted under Announcements. We should be able to provide a firm ETA for fixing these issues on Monday or Tuesday and likely have implemented 3-5 days thereafter.

                    The problem I am describing relates to NYMEX (New York Mercantile Exchange), not NYBOT.

                      Saxon,

                      As NYMEX also had a holiday on the Fridays following Christmas and New Years Day, their contracts are also affected by this bug. Our Engineering Team continues to work extremely hard to get to the bottom of this issue.
