Limited e-mini Dow 1-min data

I can only get 5 days of one-minute data on the continuous contract for the e-mini Dow (YM #F, 1).

The same limitation occurs with 2, 4, and 5 minute charts, but
3-minute charts work - they go back to early October!

I've created new charts, played around with the Time-Templates, and now I'm still stumped.

Anyone else having this problem?

I also see a similar problem, but I see more than 5 days. I'll report this to our QA Team to investigate.

Here's a summary of my findings...

1min, 3min, 5min - Goes back only until 11/24/03
10min, 15min, 30min, 60min - Goes back until 10/9/03 on Standard Charts and 7/14/03 on Advanced Charts.

** Please note that on ES #F this works fine.

Thanks for checking your systems. After a little reading up on intra-day data, I realized that my best bet was to upgrade.

I fixed the problem by upgrading from 7.3 to 7.5.

Just to follow-up on my duplication of this problem, as I came in this morning I was able to download all the data for YM #F on 1 and 5 minute charts.
