Hello,
Early Friday morning, my Daily/Weekly standard chart froze only showing data through 12/31/03. At first just the ES H4 would not update. Now, no symbols update. It's strange, because my intraday and monthly charts work fine. I contacted tech support by phone. After an hour on the phone, no resolution. I contacted them again in the afternoon. No resolution. I've replicated the problem on another computer so I know it's not my primary computer. Anybody else having this problem?
I think it's dissappointing e-Signal can't get a senior tech rep on to an unresolved problem immediately. They've got lots of subscribers and lots of money. They shouldn't be cutting corners. Our trading businesses' require immediate attention.
