Level 2-island and arca missing

starting with today i don´t see island and arca on many nasdaq stocks anymore. really annoying. my brother has the same problem. the ib traderworkstation shows both of them without problems. anyone else?
fix this as soon as possible. i can´t trade without two of the biggest ecns!

I'm showing data here, so I don't believe this is a system wide problem. Could you PM me your log on information that I may check your account and the server your logged into?

Is today the first time you and your brother experienced this? We have no other compliants about this. Another quick fix you could try is simply closing down the application and restarting.
