ECN's missing on Level II screen

The ECN's aren't showing on the PowerView or Level II screens.

Look at SINA.

Island & ARCA and the rest aren't showing up. It's only MM's.

HUGE problem.

It's happening, it looks like, for all symbols starting with "0" thru "Z".

This should be corrected now on all servers. If you are still having the problem, please close eSignal and restart the application.
