Holiday list for exchanges

Does anyone know where I can easily obtain holiday lists for the following exchanges.

American(NYSE, AMEX, Nasdaq, CBOE/T), London, XETRA, Hong Kong & Paris.

This is to remove price gaps in the charts.
If anyone has these for the last couple of years including this year I would be grateful if you could provide them. If your software generates these it would be very useful. I understand I can visit each exchange but they may not have past years.

Unfortunately it appears the software I use Tradestation 2000i requires a manual update for each year.

Hello,

The calendar.tab file within the eSignal directory has most of the historical holidays going back to 2001. If you are looking for market holidays and hours prior to 2001, you may want to check out www.financialcalendar.com. Theirs is a paid service, but they seem to have a good database of historical data and may be worth a look should you require anything beyond what the calendar.tab file provides.
