  • SI-exchange products not updating

My feed for all -SI based futures has stopped.
Examples are NI H4-SI and TW G4-SI.
Last update is displayed as 9:42am (GMT+8).
    Been down for about 15mins.

My HKFE feed seems to be working fine. Hope you guys are aware of the problem.

Alex, I'm not sure what is going on but I had rebooted and it still didnt update. After you posted and showed your pic, I decided to restart esignal again... then the feed seemed to be back to normal. Now it is out of sync again! Now showing me volumes of less than 50 (should be 7.8k) on TW G4-SI. Again... High and Low prices are off again... totally losing 30ticks of data between the last traded and the actual last price on the official website.

My last traded price still showing as 266.9 again after 5mins of working fine. Actual last is 270.5.

I have restarted esignal twice (datamanager included) and it has not helped. See attached.
All the -SI contracts have not been updating but Mini Hang Seng is fine. I am hunting for a trade today!

Max... things are back to normal for me now.

Try restarting eSignal (and it's datamanager) and if that doesn't help... reboot windows and try again.

NI H4-SI isn't updating as it is on it's lunch break.
