Data Error SPY 2/13/04 ?

My SPY intraday chart shows extreme out of range data on 2/13/04. (see attached image file)

Please address.

Thanks for the notification. I can see the bad tick(s) on my system as well and have reported them via the Bad Tick Reporter You can do that directly next time by using the Report a Bad Tick url under the Customer Support menu in eSignal.

Since our QA group won't likely be able to fix the tick(s) until Tuesday and so you can do analysis this weekend, you can use the Bar Editor to remove/edit those bad ticks on your desktop. For more on that, here's our Bad Tick FAQ's.
