ES #F Missing Data

ES #F missing data on 13 minute interval. Can someone answer me why this keeps happening?

I have same chart, no missing data; ES #f 13min

I note you have a 60day time template,,, mine is 10 day

also, I note you go from 9:00 to 6:15,, which is probably the reason for the cutoff

I use 0:00 to 0:00

Thanks for the reply, Not sure where the time setting makes a difference. It was with the specified time. This is not a permanent issue. Just a periodic issue that occurs whenever on whatever symbol.

I have had no issues recently, which I commend esignal for addressing the issue.
