Eurex Data: Dead Spots

Since the week-end, I have noticed some dead spots in GB and AX on my eSig chart. Nothing seems to happen for a few seconds although on my broker feed the market is moving. It then seems to catch up on eSig.

Anyone else see this?

I've been working to replicate this behavior but with no success. Is this still occurring since you resolved the template issue? Please let me know. Thanks in advance.

I know there was a problem with GB tick data last week on the European server. Is this the same thing? The data is fine for the time frames I look at (2 min charts).
