I have a client that is reporting a "stoppage" of the data stream at (or near) 12 AM (monday night/tuesday morning) this week.
He said he tried to call support, but got no answer (12 AM - no wonder).
Does anyone know if this was an issue or not - or possibly a local ISP issue?
