12AM Data Stoppage

  • 12AM Data Stoppage

    I have a client that is reporting a "stoppage" of the data stream at (or near) 12 AM (monday night/tuesday morning) this week.

    He said he tried to call support, but got no answer (12 AM - no wonder).

    Does anyone know if this was an issue or not - or possibly a local ISP issue?

    I checked, however my code was not operating from 10 PM e.s.t. on 3/15/2004 till the next afternoon.

    For clarification, I was wondering if you were referring to e.s.t. or p.s.t. ?

      Hi Brad,

      As Steve indicates, would help to know what time zone we're talking about and the duration of the stoppage. We do conduct maintenance around 12 midnight PT each night but to the best of our knowledge, that doesn't "stop" the flow of the datafeed. Also, did the DM go to red no data or stay green OK?

        PST

        Pacific time zone.

        The client reports that the "internet" was working for him, just not the esignal data service. He stated it "came back" about 7AM (PST).
