Data duplication & splits on historical data

Is historical data provided by eSignal adjusted for Stock Splits, Distributions & multipliers ?
UK Vodafone is an example (VOD-LON) for say January 2002.
I am getting huge variance on the price graph.

Also I am getting data duplication on many of the indices.
Although this doesn't appear to effect strategy testing.

I am using Tradestation 2000i and have adjusted symbols in GlobalServer for "Stock Splits, Distributions & multipliers with no effect ?

For duplicate data, you may also report this to the Bad Tick Reporter. Just click on Customer Support on the menu bar and select 'Report a Bad Tick'.
