No Quote Data for ES, NQ, and AB!!

This morning I am not getting quotes for ES M4 (Not Ent. indicated)and ES #F, ES #F, NQ #F and AB #F (all No Data indicated). This is in the Summary window. The advanced chart appears to have data but does not appear to be updating.

I rebooted several times in the hope that I would get a different server to no avail.

Obviously this is of utmost importance!!

Hi Burhmaster,

We were getting similar reports this morning from other users regarding these symbols. Those who have logged out of eSignal and logged back in have been able to see updates on these symbols. This notice is posted under the System Status.Can you confirm if you are still having an issue with this? Thanks.

It suddenly started working sometime before 9am EST when I was with the online chat service.

I did not have to log back in.

Incidentally is there a way log out and log back in without taking down eSignal. I always hate to lose all the cached tick data that I have.
