DAX intraday qoutes

hi,

yesterday i subscribed to german future market but i only get quotes on daily basis, no intraday quotes.
like symbol: AX H3-DT.

are there 30 min etc. quotes available ?

Yes, intraday data for Euro Futs like the DAX is available, 60 trading days worth currently. You've got the right symbol as well. Did you add realtime or delayed data to your account?

Are you using eSignal or a 3p app? Do you have the latest version of our software? If not, please install 7.2. You can get that here

Also, try exiting and re-starting eSignal and the Turbofeed DM just in case your permissioning needs to be reset.

the reason for not getting realtime german future quotes is my esignal equities account, i have to upgrade to a regular account.
