Additional back data

I'm unable to get than a few days of back data on 6E 300V.

I've got no problem getting lots of days with 100v but 300v seems to stop at 3 days.

I've requested more data (ctrl key and click OK) but no luck.

Any suggestions?

Make sure you have the desired number of days set in the Time Template (maximum is 10 for tick based charts).
As far as I can see 300V goes as far back as 5/25/04 (see image below)
