I was not receiving data because i have mcafee privacy service. Even to disable this it still would not receive data. I had to remove this feature from my computer to receive data, but then i get blasted with other crap. i have windows xp. anyone else have this problem??

Just so we're clear, you were still unable to retrieve data from eSignal after un-installing Macafee? We haven't had any reports of any outages, but with the domestic exchanges being closed, most traders are taking the day off. Please let me know if you are still not able to get data and we can keep working to help you get this resolved. Thanks.
