6c #f 180' minutes chart

why in that chart i see, today, bar starting at 02:00/5:00/8:00,etc,etc and not at 3:00/6:00/etc, like correct chart would display? The time template is the same using on 6E , 6A,etc ...but only 6C display uncorrect chart?

The reset of the intraday bars is based on PST. I am assuming that you are currently in or near GMT. There is an 9 hour difference between our time zones, so while the data is constructing properly, the time difference must be taken into account. The image below is constructed in PST. I've noted the different bars with GMT + 1 hour time to help illustrate the time difference. Please indicate what time template you are currently using.

it was not a problem of my time template; cause changing my server(by Jay F if I well remember) the problem was shut down.
