Volum/tick chart problem (future dax)

I used to work with volume and tick chart (eurex euronext) and before the market open there 's no data . Could you fix this problem.

If you are using a Time Template set to Dynamic try setting it to load a fixed number of days (minimum 2) for those intervals.
