Data Manager Issue

I am a new EOD subscriber and I am hoping someone can shed some light on an issue I have. During outside of market hours I can chart any symbol with any time interval with no problem however the data manager icon in the taskbar tray is red and in it under "reception" is NODATA and under "password" is NONE.

How can I be charting when the data manager is red?

For those who might be interested I have worked out the soultion.

When I downloaded and installed the esignal software the default I-NET esignal CM IP address was DCM*.DBC.com
I changed it to CM*.esignal.com and data manager icon went green.
