what is wrong with online Technical Support

For last three months, facing the problem of non availability online Technical Support after 7 PM of IST. I have never faced such problems in last few years. Is esignal not interested to continue the business or derailment of service. What was once world class support has become Zero support now.

Please accept my apologize if you were unable to get into our live Chat, 7PM IST is the start of our day and we would be hard pressed on to the staffed at that time.
