The difference between the Views in Time & Sales properties?

At the properties of the Time & Sales window there are 3 options under Data View
- Short View
- Long View
- BBO View

What's the difference between these options?

Usually, the prints should be red on Bid trades and green on Ask trades but it seems like it's not the case.

It did clarify the difference between the options, but I still didn't understand the logic behind the coloring of trades.

For example, I'm on Short View, and I often see red and green prints that don't correspond at all to the current Bid/Ask situation.
I went ahead and captured a video of the action, and I could clearly see that at least 20% of the prints don't correspond to the definition of Bid = Red, Ask = Green, White = between B/A

Is the T&S coloring algorithm different on eSignal?
