Order Not Being Filled On GBTC

I’m trying to place limit orders with eSignal Paper Trading on GBTC, however I cannot place an order in the Trade Manager as the window is empty. If I place a limit order with Trade -> New Order, the limit order is placed however it is never filled regardless of where price is. Orders fill fine with BTC #F. Wondering if anybody else had this issue with GBTC or another symbol.
