Richard,

Do any of the EFS studies you're using require Entitlements? If so, there is a post from JayF about a known issue with Entitled EFS studies.

If not would/could you please provide an EFS you're using so that we can test on this side.

FWIW the PivotPoint.efs you just posted appears to be working on version 10.5

But I got error message on my side.

The message is "invalid parameter" (in Chiense).

I am using Chinese Windows XP. I have run into issues before that eSignal has confirmed to be limited to Chinese OS.

Is it another case?

I also tried the PivotPointAllDaily.efs and PivotPointAllnew.efs from below link but got the same error msg:
