symbols disappeared in Esignal Data Manager !!

Hello,

I'm only using Esignal Data Manager 8.1 for Data feed for another software.

I 've got a problem with Data Manager in my second computer even if it says : "System performing normally"

When I create Data symbols (for ex. AX H9-DT, ES #F) and save them (close
button) and shutdown the Data Manager, and if after I run it again, all symbols are no more there (blank list), as I they were never created.

I re-installed DataManager again and again but with the same problem. I upgraded to XP SP3 and shutdown the firewall...the same.

Have yu some ideas for a solution ?

As far as I know all symbols are erased from the Data Manager when this is shut down so the behavior you are describing [assuming I understood you correctly] appears to be normal
