On the "SPY,M" chart, there is a sting "j5000000 for 49733001" shown at the beginning of year 2006. I think it is caused by a bug in the software. I am using esignal 10.2.1391.1120.

That string is not caused by a bug. It is displayed in Advanced Charts to indicate splits, distributions, adjustments, etc which are contained in one of the specs files (btw the first character is not a "j" but the "pipe" character and marks the bar to which the split, adjustment, etc is applied). You can also find the information on this feature in the 10.2 Release Notes which are in the eSignal KnowledgeBase
