Heap/Stack size

Could you please advise what are the recommended settings of the Heap Size and the Stack Size, for reaching the best performance/speed?

I run eSignal Pro (version 10.2.1375.1026) with multiple charts and complex EFS studies on an Intel Core 2 Quad CPU, Windows XP PRO 64bit and 4GB RAM.

I'm not aware of the "ideal" setting but Eng has recommended increasing both if users spot performance degradation or crashing while using EFS routines.
