v10.4 time scale doesn't synchronizes with PC system time

my time zone is GMT=0
The sunlight saving time has been pulled up 1 hour since end March; however, eSignal v10.4 chart time scale does not match (by lagging 1 hour); while previous version did.
please check it out.

You may want to provide some additional details so that others can try to replicate the issue you are seeing.
For example you mention that your computer is set to GMT. In the Windows Date and Time Properties is the Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving time option checked or unchecked?
In the Data Manager under Data-> Time is the Synchronize Computer Clock option checked?
In esignal under the File-> Preferences-> Date/Time Settings tab what timezone is selected Local, GMT or Exchange?
You may also want to provide an example of symbol and interval including the Time Template settings.
It would be even better if you could also post a complete image of the chart that includes the description [ie the information in the top left corner] and that illustrates where you are not seeing the shift.
