It appears that trying to call Alert.email() when the email feature has not been enabled in 10.4 causes the EFS script to HALT and fails to continue to operate. I'm making this assumption based on a new project I've developed for a client and let run all day today. It appears that calling this alert method when not enabled returns an error in the FOW and halts the EFS.
It would be better (IMHO) to return a message to the FOW (which I don't see as necessary) and allow the script to continue operating without halting or disrupting the script.
Please see if my assumptions are correct because in previous versions of esignal, calling this function without having the email settings turned on did not generate an error and did not halt the scripts.
Thanks.
