Add Alert default settings

In the past my Set Alert/Add Alert window (Selected by right clicking in a chart) used to have the Audio Alert option enabled by default. For some reason this is now not enabled. How do I set this default as Audio Alert enabled?

Click on the Set Alert icon in the main toolbar [or select View-> Alerts from the main menu] and put a check in the Audio Alert in the Alert/Edit Status dialog box then click OK
