I have subscribed eSignal real-time data feed only, so please kindly give me a link to download the V10.4 Data Manager installer because I do not want to download the huge eSignal software.

The link Avery provided is for 8.0 version of DM. We are no longer posting DM only versions to download. To get the 10.4 DM, you'll need to download the entire eSignal application.
