Playback question

Hi Folks,
I've been doing playbacks of currency tic files for years with no problems ... lately, once i complete one and go to re-run the same currency (same way as i always have in the past) i get the following error messsage pop up and I end up literally having to reboot my computer in order to start that particular currency for a second time. I can run a different currency tic file which is strange right away without rebooting. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hello Chris,

Couple of questions to help us to resolve this issue.

1- When you try and access the file after downloading it you mentioned having to reboot, can you tell me why it requires a reboot? Is it that your computer freezes?

2- After running a previously downloaded file would it then allow you to play the file you were getting the error on?
