some futures intraday charts can not be loaded

    some futures intraday charts can not be loaded

    If I set time templat to 5 Days 8:00-16:15 for intraday charts, then for some symbols such as ES M9 etc., the intraday charts are blank (the data loading could never be finished). However if I set the number of days to 4 days or 6 days, it has no problems. I think it is because this past Monday was a holiday and the market was closed early for some futures symbols. The same time template works fine for index symbols and stocks such as $SPX, SPY, etc. A strange thing is that it works fine on NQ M9 charts. The eSignal version I am using is 10.2.1391.1120

    It seems to be working fine in version 10.4.1599 so if that is a problem that exists with the version you are running then you may want to upgrade to the current one

      Could you confirm that the bug I reported in this thread has been solved in v10.4? I don't want to upgrade then have to downgrade if it is not yet solved. Is there any known bugs in the latest eSignal 10.4?

        I don't know if what you reported is a bug or not as I am not running the same version. Actually based on the fact that you can get the data for one symbol but not for another [that has virtually identical specs] this sounds more like a data issue
        Regardless from what I am seeing the charts are working fine when using version 10.4.1599 set to the same settings you indicated
