Intraday Indices

I have just signed up to the ondemand system which has delayed intraday data.
all very good however i dont seem to be able to get intraday data (delayed or otherwise for $UKX-FTSE or the Dax but can for $SPX or $INDU?
Is there any reason for this? and can i change this?

FTSE index values are one of the exchanges not covered in OnDemand. This KB article lists all the key limitations of the OnDemand service. Dax futs ( AX M9-DT) will work but many German indices are also not included with OnDemand.

Since their are a few exchanges that charge for even delayed data, those exchanges were initially left out of OnDemand service but will be available as add-on's at some point.
