shift time intervals for large timeframes?

Is it possible to shift for example the 4-hour chart from 2:00-6:00 etc instead of the 0:00-4:00 there is now?

You can refer to the article regarding Time Templates. Using the Time Tempate you can set the charts' start and end times to what you would like. So instead of Midnight to 0400 you can start them at 0200.
