Esignal freezing problem

My Esignal keeps freezing (becomes completely unresponsive) when I open an EFS editor window and click on the Open Formula button. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Esignal and it still continues to freeze. I was wondering if anybody could help me with this problem. Thank you

We'd need more information as to what's going on before we could make suggestion as to how to correct the freezing of your eSignal.

Questions like; Does it freeze when you use new pages?

Does it freeze only with the EFS Editor?

When you did the uninstall how process did you use?


I would suggest contacting Technical Support either via phone 510.264.1700 option 2 for Technical Support or LiveRep. This way all of the questions can be ask and answered then possible solutions that would help you.

Thank you Avery, I'll contact LiveRep. And Esignal only seems to freeze when I open a new EFS editor and specifically press the File Open button. Everything else works fine.
