Linking to the new snap quote bar

I use a proprietary trading platform that I link to esignal for my charts. With the upgrade to the new version and the new snap quote bar my linking no longer works. Any ideas on how I can fixt this? Something must have changed in the code for the new snap quote bar.

Can you provide the proprietary software you're using. If you'd rather not post the name on the forums pleae PM the information to me.

Normally, third-party software that links to eSignal does so using the eSignal Desktop API and is certified by the Developer Support Group (DSG). This API allows applications to interact with many of the features and components within the eSignal application. Certification of third-party applications ensures that those applications function properly with the eSignal application and meet eSignal requirements.

However, we do have a maintenance release scheduled sometime next week and this release may address the issue you describe. Without knowing your implementation and without it being certified by the Developer Support Group I cannot say if this maintenance release will correct your issue, but I encourage you to download and test it when it becomes available.
