Need more information about the Hot List features.

Where can I find more information about eSignal 10.5's Hot List feature. I have several questions and I'm sure it can be answered if there exists a "user manual" of sorts.

For example, what happens if I remove the checkmark next to 'Dynamic'? I also need to understand the "Value" column when using the Trade Rate category so I can use it better in my trading.
