"The parameter is incorrect" - then charts disappear

Using 10.5.1721.1140 - I keep getting "the parameter is incorrect" messages with very minor updates to charts.

I can't save the changes to the page due to the above error msg - so go to another page - when I return to the first page - most if not all of the charts on the page have disappeared.

I tried to copy another page with 6+ charts - make small changes and save after every change - got the error msg - exit page - return to page and nearly all charts gone!

Going back to a previous Esignal version.

This sounds like an error that a user would get when there's a compatibility issue. Something like when you have a newer page with an old version of eSignal.

Was this a new install of eSignal or had you upgraded from a previous version?

I would first start with a new page, see if this corrects the issue. If you continue to see the error with a new page then a completed uninstall and reinstall of eSignal should correct the issue.
