How do I export data from eSignal?

I've read the article, but it will only allow me to export about 5.5 months worth of data. I need to get data from 2008 forward. Is there a way to do this?

Pro-trader,

Our standard intraday history data go back 120 days and Daily back as far as 10 years. KB Article 1203 categorizes the different instruments and the amount of data for each.

A request for intraday data back to 2008 would require Extended History be added to your account. You can add the Extended history via Account Maintenance or contact Customer Service for assistance.
