Advanced GET status

Can't get ahold of live rep b/c it's sunday. My esignal is showing my Advanced GET tools are not enabled. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Thanks Alexis. I wasn't using the scanner, and thus did not renew it, perhaps the problem is related to that. I've been using Advanced GET for a year though and didn't think I had to pay every year to use the tools... guess I have to wait until Monday.
