Time Template for Markets with Lunch Breaks / Night Sessions

Hi,

Is there any way to create a time template that can start and stop several times in a day to accommodate the fact that some markets have lunch breaks and night sessions?

For example I want to watch the ES during the asian session but only want to see price data for when say Hong Kong or Osaka is open.


Also, is there any way to set a template where the time goes from say 8PM to 10AM the next day?

This feature is not currently available.

A time template can be created to collect data for this time period; however it would not display the same way in the charts. The chart displays in a way that reflect midnight as the separating line. Not the start/end times of the time template (see attached).

Hi Avery,

Would there be any plans to implement such a feature in the future? This issue is slightly more prominent in user defined spread settings as one market will be closed, yet the spread still continues ticking forward as they use the time-template of the market that is still open.

What would the settings be to set the time template for example 6pm to 10am and only #=1 day of data?
