Trends lines moving accross time frames

I seem to be having a problem where my trend lines are shifting depending on the time frame I use. In the attached file you can see that on the daily chart for SPY the trend line has not been broken however when I which to a 60 min time frame it appears the trend line has been broken. Is there a way to correct this problem. In searching the archives is appears this is has been brought up several times but I can not seem to find what the solution to the problem is.
