eSignal help file does not load

If I click Help and then Help Topics, I get the error message below along with the message failed to launch help.

Does anyone know how to fix this little issue?

Im running windows 7, 64 bit

What Im trying to figure our / use the help service for is to understand how to add or remove the account / position summary from the header of the chart, can anyone point me to the steps required to add or remove this little header??

That's the Snapshot Window. R-click on the chart > View>click Snapshot Window. Or, just r-click on the SW > hide SW.
