Time Template not being applied correctly

The low shown by the thick red arrow on this chart was registered at 15:30.

As you can see, my time template is 8:30-15:15 hence this should not be included.

Can someone please tell me why this is occurring?

There is an issue with "end time" on certain chart requests. Basically, the end-time isn't a factor and only the start time and bar interval and used to retrieve the data. This is handled differently in ver 11 in case you want to preview that version.
