Fib tools doesn't draw correctly

I am trying to draw a fib retracement and it does not seem to correctly snap to the low. Have I done something wrong. Please help.

Is it a known problem ?

They should have an option to snap to high price or low price.

Will the moderator or support group load the symbol chart 5NG-ses and try to plot the fib retracement. The plot will not plot from the low point as shown in the previous chart.

Can someone look into this.

We have identified the cause of this problem and it has to do with a configuration of the minimum fluctuation for that exchange. This will be corrected late this afternoon. In order to receive this correction, you will need to restart eSignal two times.
