When I start the esignal platform itself the data manager works fine, but when I utilize a 3rd party app to access the data manager it just says "Inet: Primary Not eSignal OnDemand Authorized (1 user)"
I am not running more than one platform at a time not am I running esignal from more than one place at a time (I'm in the process of moving... everything is packed save for this laptop).
I do have esignal OnDemand as I just checked my product summary. What am I doing wrong?
